All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent content protection measures, interfere with the operation of the service, or access content in unauthorized regions.

Automated access to the service, including scraping, crawling, or bot activity, is prohibited without express written permission.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

TheBovies is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheBovies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Myanmar.
